Cheryl Crawford
Cheryl Crawford, ERYT- 500, RCYT, B.S.Ed.,Yoga Teacher, Co-Grounder
Cheryl Crawford, mother of triplets, is the co-founder of Grounded, Get Grounded Foundation, and Grounded for Good non-profit yoga service initiative.
She's been teaching her whole life. First to her stuffed animals and to her younger brother (when he sat still) and then for 11 years to the children of Atlanta in Fulton County Public Schools where she worked as an Elementary School Teacher, Reading Recovery specialist and Curriculum Coordinator. Cheryl began her yoga journey soon after her three daughters were born, and as her practice evolved, it became clear to her that she had to blend and balance her new dedication to yoga with her lifelong passion for teaching.
Cheryl has been a yoga teacher since 2003. Her classes are fun yet powerful invitations to connect to your heart, your strength, and your vision. She is committed to sharing her experience of artfully finding the balance between serious alignment and playful expansion. She has learned from many great teachers who have taught her that GROUNDING is the key to ELEVATION. She is grateful for all the teachers who have grounded her, especially her parents, her husband, Marsha Wenig, Paul Muller-Ortega, and Gina Minyard.
She is privileged to work with a diverse range of kids, teens and adults. Her greatest discovery is in the authentic and respectful conversations with her own teenage daughters and their classmates. That's what fuels her studio classes and trainings. Cheryl holds certifications in Anusara, Correlation Vinyasa, Hot Core Power, YogaKids, Laughter Yoga and Radiant Child. Cheryl has been recognized by local, national and international media for her work in yoga education for children and teens, and was chosen to be the first Lululemon Ambassador in Atlanta. Cheryl listens to the wisdom of the children and teaches from her highest self.

Kelley Sue Hardin
Kelley Sue, mother of two beautiful children, two spunky pups, two goldfish, and two hermit crabs is also a photographer and Grounded: Yoga. Laughter. Elevation teacher. She began teaching Art Education when she was eighteen at a nearby summer camp and continued teaching for twelve years with experience in Montessori, DeKalb County Public Schools and Private School. She has taught Pre-K through High School including children with special needs. She discovered her passion for yoga as a teen. She says that yoga found her at a time in her life when she was seeking balance and peace. Kelley Sue and her husband began their photography business, Kelley Sue Photography in 2004. In May 2010 she completed her B.F.A in Art Education and while practicing at home, her youngest child requested a yoga mat. She then knew yoga needed to not only be a part of her lifestyle, but her children’s as well. In November 2010, Kelley Sue's passions, her children, teaching, photography, and yoga intertwined. She received her Grounded Yoga Teaching Certificate and became Grounded's in-house photographer. Kelley Sue is grateful for the many teachers who have helped ground her especially her children, her best friend and husband, co-grounders Cheryl Crawford and Amy Haysman, the Grounded family, and her students.
Kelley Sue's classes are inspirational and fun inviting students to connect with their hearts and their strength all the while reassuring them to honor their Self. She enjoys teaching a balance of artful alignment and playfulness while embracing the joys and benefits of yoga. Kelley Sue encourages her students to practice on and off the mat as well as giving constant gratitude and awareness of mind, breath, and spirit. Her classes are theme based and inspired by classical books, music, poems, art, and whatever inspires her on that particular day. Kelley Sue continues growing while studying a variety of styles and teachings. A heartfelt thank you to her teachers, Cheryl Crawford, Tara Judelle, Elena Brower, and founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, Sadie Nardini. She has also studied under Faith Hunter, Sara Mingus, and Gina Minyard.

Jenni Miller
Jenni came to Atlanta from Nashville, TN where she received her Masters Degree in Special Education from Vanderbilt in 2003. Since then she has been educating young children with various exceptionalities. Jenni began her personal journey with yoga as an anxious vocal performance major in college. Yoga brought her a peace and presence that she hadn't previously experienced. As a classroom teacher, Jenni found that yoga had a calming and focusing affect on her preschoolers with autism.
Jenni has studied with Shakta Kaur Khalsa, Cheryl Crawford, and Amy Haysman. She has a certification in Radiant Child Yoga Level 1-3, is a YogaKids® Certified Facilitator and Trainer, and a teacher of the Grounded Yoga Program. As she continued to grow in her practice, Jenni was drawn to bring her teaching to adults as well. She completed a 200-hour MBYoga Teacher Training with Mitchel Bleier, David Aukamp, and Ruth Ann Martin in April 2010.
Jenni incorporates the principles of yoga with laughter and joy to encourage both children and adults to live healthier, more balanced lives. Jenni hopes that adults and children leave her classes prepared to live their yoga on and off the mat.
