Description
Grounded Tweens begins with a few minutes of quiet tuning in, followed by a practice of grounded yoga! Grounded poses are traditional yoga poses enhanced by tapping into what all tweens relate to in their lives. Students will learn the benefits of each pose and how to bring yoga into their everyday lives. Each class is based on an inspirational theme. Class ends in the traditional savasana (quiet corpse pose) and guided imagery.
This class includes our signature Quest for Elevation program.
